Welcome to the official website of the Nebraska Claims Association of Omaha. The purpose of the website is to provide a resource of updated information for our membership. On this site, you can keep up with the NCA ongoing activities. As you read through the website, we have also included the applicable sections of the NCA Bylaws for each page. The NCA had a great year in 2011 and is looking forward to another productive year in 2012.

A MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT

Dear NCA Members:

It is with great honor that I serve as your president for 2012. We have had many exciting events and happenings occur in 2011 and look forward to more in the 55th year of this outstanding organization.

As President, I want to maintain our strong membership through timely learning and continuing education opportunities, as well as, networking and social interaction.

The board will continue to be responsive to feedback and open to suggestions that will encourage new membership and engage current members.

We are all mindful that the success of this organization is due to an involved membership. I would challenge each member to attend a few more meetings and consider joining one of the committees.

I look forward to working with you to make 2012 an exciting year and continue the tradition set forth by our past leadership.

ARTICLE II-MISSION STATEMENT

Section 1. To promote harmony and cordial business relations among the members; to exchange information concerning matters of interest; to discuss common problems and to develop a high standard of ethics; to promote the general welfare of the companies represented.

Section 2. To promote plans for cooperation in vigorously resisting collusion, deception and false or fraudulent claims and promptly to discourage and expose dishonest, unscrupulous and unethical practices, whether indulged in by professionals or laymen.

Section 3. To agree that everything discussed at meetings of the Association or the Committees shall be held in strict confidence unless otherwise agreed. Further, that the knowledge gained through membership in this Association shall not be used against any company having a duly accredited representative in the Association.
